been an odd week. trying to stay at home to get stuff done, wich has been sucess full, but not 100%… passed out a couple times when i got home and slept for who knows how long. other than that, its been movies while adding metadata to a wack of photos that im trying to get ready for the new site and flickr. wow im starting to hate it. you would think id be smart enough to do it when i improt, o, sets of 20 photos, but now.. i said id get to it when i need it. silly. new site has hardly been started.. new blog is probably sitting at half done.. flickr… still gota set up the pro account. portfolio page… yaaaaa. we will see when that happens.
otehr than that iv gotten a bunch of other stuff back on track.. had this big discution about hdr photography, which lead me to start looking up and reading about how to do such fancy things. i shoot most to all new photos in raw, which is key, so i think i will be fooling with that over the weekend if i have time.
still havent gotten out boarding yet… hopefully this weekend.

blur, an motion graphics/animation studio, has so pretty crazy shit that they do. i checked out their animation reels, as well as the trailer for their inhouse short that they are working on (the image above) and am overly impressed by who they have done stuff for, and the quality of their work… check em out.

the last couple weeks have been fairly crazy. my buddies birthday party weekend was this weekend, as well as monday night, as well as all last week and previous weekend was party week - weekend as well since my birthday was the previous weekend. so for the past 2 weeks iv been at work, or out till 3 am at my buddies place then back at work for 9. only 1 or 2 evens iv been at home in that time. gona try and be in this week, back logged on a lot of the stuff iv been wanting to tackle.
primarily, get this blog re-skinned to a personal interface, and not the teknision blog skin. with that as well, get the domain name (still have to figure out a name) that will be the new personal/blog page. get my photos from the last… o several year organized and up onto flickr/personal page. as well as make an updated html page for elicitbliss.com and archive the 2005 flash portfolio… ya lots to do, 2% started….. well, iv thought it all up in my head and designed it mentally… now i actually have to do it… to many movies and wii games lying around to distract me.
got a bunch of other fancy ideas for projects to start… keyword, start….

well… they did it yet again… setting a new baseline…. lets see how many other people can get close to it.
iphone site
the UI is just stunning. as well as the amount of technology they have put into it is mindbogolling. there is still stuff that im sure will get on there in the future, skype to name one. but even away from the whole phone aspect, its an awsome piece of tech. the amount of mini details they went into like user interaction (putting the phone to your ear picks up the phone, pulling it away on call puts it into speaker phone mode..) etc. is just inspiring to how user interaction can work with devices.. these are things that apple exeles at integrating into devices that other companies fail to see as feesable, or just cant get right, where apple will stick with it till it is right. which brings you to awsome devices like the iPhone today.
wow. the UI, wow. i just cant get over it. its simple, fluid, and obvious in every way.. im sure there will be some hickup. but its just all there.
il add more once i get more into it.. back to work for now
