ones greatness should never be compared to another’s greatness since they do not equal in any fashion due to individuality. your strengths and weaknesses are incomparable to others. comparison of another’s strength to your abilities does not make it your weakness.

ok, sooo, ever since i got the wii last weekend, the blog has been kinda try (go figure) zelda is soooo damn good, way more than my expectations. im as giddy as a school girl on crack and smack with a lil bit of E thrown in….. 28 hours in, and im a lil over half way from my best guess.

other than that,… fuck zeldas good…. OTHER than that, wii sports is awsome as well. i keep taking the whole system to nics and 4-5 of us play wii sports all night. mainly baseball and golf… so this is definatly a winner system. cant way till more mini game stuff comes out. as well as when i get my hands on the dragonball game, and (wow) the new mario galaxy…. i dont think it will top zelda, but i cant fucking wait till that comes out…… ooook… well, time to play more..

yup, thats right, got a wii on launch day. no… i did not camp out all night. though i did come close at one point. story:

sat was interesting, nic and i were gona do breakfast etc and then finish my basement construction etc. but ya, shit happened to the drill we needed, bumming occurred, drinking started at 12:30…… yes, fairly boozed by 1:30 - 2 pm…. we played gears of war most of the afternoon. etc. 3am rolls around i decided to wander home. grab the car, drove to futureshop at the keys (south keys) to see what was going down. there were about 22 people camping out at 4am. soooo im like, whatever il come back in the morning….. bed at 4:45…… got up at 6:30 thanks to steves phone call. apparently there are large lines at places. so i boot it over to the keys. a couple more people have lined up since i was there 2 hours ago. so i think im good. word in the line is 45ish wii’s are available. so im like cool, feelin like im sittin around 38 spot in line… though who knows how many are actually getting one since people are in groups… time ticks by, the store people come, make us wait out another hour…. then start their dilly (its now 9:30)so they tell us there are exactly 45 wiis… and not enough games/nunchuks/etc for each sys. im like damn ok, i better fucking get zelda. but i feel im to far back. they hand out sheets with numbers and a wish list check off…… pimp, im 35… and there are 40 zeldas…. sooo, im getting zelda, i check off tony hawk as well, and an extra controller (no extra nunchuk, im to far back)by around 10 im in the store, with a dude and a lage FS bag, and im at check out…. i gots me a wii :P

well. was in waterloo on the weekend. other than that things have been kinda dry again.though the weekend was quite entertaining, with at leats one, to two good quotes coming out of it. “Ben your not drunk, have another beer…. BLUAAAAAA”  and then face markering ensued. Longs as drive back, seemed longer than on the way. Stupid trent in peterborough, i thought you were closer to the 401.

other than that, im caught up on tv, but thats about all im caught up on. i have so many other little things on my plate that are just not getting done due to lack of motivation when i get home from work in the pitch black rainy night…. why cant winter just come and stop teasing us with this cold persperous weather. other than that, im either out a lot, or not out at all, its never really balanced. now, im not complaining really, but its just semi irritating.

time to randomly fly across the country and back in a day… well i guess 2. but ya, you get the point. extreme excursion time….

no, not the drug, though video games generally can give the same effect. been playin a whole heck of a lot of need for speed carbon, both at home and at nic/dan ’s on the 360. 6 hours at home, 5 hours on sunday on the 360, plus random other hours during the weekend. its not as good as most wanted, but still, its a new game, new maps, and the canyon races are a bitch which makes it good. especially when you have a raging testosterone hormone induced muscle car that you cant control but has acceleration up the ying yang, and tests the bass on your sub woofer as it roars up to speed. yaaaaaa. kinda helps in sticky situations when you just need to own everyone.

other than that. 150% going to waterloo this weekend finally, ben and graham were up this weekend so there was no reason to go down. other than keep lonely tyler company since he had better things to do apparently. but ya, that weekend will be good. still haven’t seen borat but im sure il get out sometime this week, since everyone is talking about it and im out of the loop for once. other than that things are actually going pretty good these days. im somehow motivated again (seemed to have happened over night) and iv got energy etc. i still think i should improve my eating and get more exercise, but thats whut snow and snowboarding is for. :P (take that snow hatters)
